The purpose of Aragon Solutions AG is to acquire, hold, manage and strategically lead participations in domestic and foreign companies. It holds the full interest in each of its subsidiaries and performs, at the centre of the Group, the leadership, strategy and steering functions that ownership carries.

In practice, this means setting group strategy, appointing and supervising the management of the operating companies, directing financing and the allocation of capital, and maintaining consistent standards of governance, risk and compliance across the Group. Leadership is exercised, not delegated away.

How the holding leads.

A holding proves itself in the leadership it exercises over the companies it owns. These functions sit permanently with Aragon Solutions AG and are performed for the Group as a whole.

Group strategy & steering

The holding defines and reviews group strategy, decides on investments and participations, examines acquisitions, and allocates the Group's capital across the operating companies.

Finance, treasury & liquidity

Group financing, treasury and liquidity planning, the direction of dividend and capital flows, and relationships with the Group's banks are managed centrally.

Reporting & controlling

Group reporting, the preparation of consolidation, target-versus-actual analysis and forecasting give the holding a continuous view of each company's performance.

Tax, legal & compliance

Group tax matters, corporate and participation law, contractual standards and regulatory compliance are coordinated at holding level and applied throughout the Group.

Appointment, supervision & organisation

The holding appoints, instructs and oversees the management of each subsidiary, shapes their organisation and governance, and holds them to defined objectives and reporting.

Risk, brand & representation

Group risk management and business continuity, the Aragon brand and positioning, IT and data-protection governance, and representation to banks, auditors and authorities are led centrally.

Each subsidiary is held in full and led by Aragon Solutions AG, with its own market, mandate and management. They are the Group's foundation, not its limit: the holding is built to take on further strategic participations over time.
